    There is a new software program call Nitro
    PDF Reader that allows you to fill out a PDF  form,
    save it on your computer  then attach it and send it
    by email. It's a FREE program and available at:   
    http://www.nitroreader.com/

    Just download our membership form from the
    green box, open up Nitro PDF Reader that you
    have already downloaded, fill out the form, save it,
    attach it to an email and send it in.  

    Give it a try.  It works!!

    If you are emailing the form in you will not be able to attach a
    photo to it, so if possible just email the photo separately or we
    will make an appointment with you and come out and take one.  
    If you have a camera on your phone then just take it and send it
