    Each member will receive a packing list and itinerary before each overnight trip listing what to bring,
    suggestions on what to wear and details on what we will be doing.

    All prices are based on 2 people per room in hotels and 2 or 3 people in cabins that are designed for that
    number on board ship.  Each traveler gets their own sleeping accommodation.  It could be a single or double
    bed.

    If we need to have 3 or 4 members in one room then we will get a suite that is designed to accompany that
    number of people.  We can also request adjoining rooms with an inner door if they are available and needed.
    On a cruise ship or hotel we always book rooms or cabins right next to each other whenever possible.  We
    place our tour staff in the middle room or cabin in the group.

    We cannot give you your medication.  We can remind you to take it, but you have to be able to self medicate.  
    We do have a medication chart which your tour staff will help you with and it can be returned to your care provider,
    QMRP, or your parents.  You prescription has to be printed on your bottles or on the blister pack.  DO NOT PACK
    YOUR MEDICATION INTO YOUR CHECK IN BAG.  Keep it on you or give it to your tour staff.  

    Many of our members live a very regimented lifestyle.  While on vacation if someone wants to dance the night
    away or get up early in the morning that is fine with us.  We want everyone to have a great time.  

    We expect our members to have a really good time but we also expect everyone to behave in an appropriate manner.  
    Anyone who purposely puts themselves or their fellow travelers and tour staff into an unsafe situation will have their
    membership terminated.

    All of our members receive a DVD with video and photos from their trip.  Photo CD's are also available at no charge.

    Our excursions are priced on a staff to member ratio of 1 to 4, 5 or 6.  If a member requires more supervision or help
    (Example: 1 staff to 1 member) the price of that trip will be higher.  
 
When you call or email in a reservation we will send you an invoice, a check/packing list and itinerary for any overnight
excursion.  If you need extra flyer's, itinerary's or check/packing forms they are available for downloading from this page.  Just
click on the links located to the left of the tour date and below the tour number.   Before booking a cruise it is highly advisable to
make sure the traveler has a current passport before making a reservation.  Clicking on any passport above will take you to the
US State Departments passport information page.  Passport application forms are available online and at most post offices.  Our
membership form is also available online.  All the forms are in the PDF format and can be opened with Adobe Reader.  Adobe
Reader software is available free at:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Unfortunately because of the recent huge surge in oil prices we expect prices everywhere in the transportation industry to go
up.   Expect changes in some of the prices that you see here on the tour page as we get further along into 2012.  As always we
will endeavor to get the most vacation for the dollar that we can.

Prices are based on 1 staff to 4, 5 or 6 members ratio.  For members who require more assistance (Example:
1 staff to 1 member) the price will be higher.

Full payment is due 120 days before departure for all cruises.

Full payment is due 60 days before departure for all other overnight trips.

To reserve your place on any overnight trip a deposit of 10% is required.

A passport book is required on any international flight.

A passport is required on any cruise.

Prices and dates are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

If the minimum number of people is not met we have the right to cancel that excursion but you
will be given a full refund.

Itinerary is also subject to change.

When a flight is included as part of a trip the price will include air fare from a designated airport that will be
listed on the flyer or web page.  

Trip cancellation penalties are as follows:  46-90 days: 25%.  39-45 days: 50%  30-38 days: 75%
0-29 days: 100%

The cruise lines always take safety into consideration first and can change any itinerary at any time
due to weather, political or health conditions.

Prices and itinerary's can change due to unforeseen circumstances.  If oil prices go above $70 a barrel then fuel surcharges
